These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the linabue platform, available at linabue.pro, including all content, features, quizzes, assignments, and services offered through it. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

By creating an account, accessing any content, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access the platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, or create derivative works from any platform content.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the platform, including answers, feedback, or creative work, you grant linabue a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
6. Quizzes, Assignments, and Results
The platform provides interactive quizzes, tests, and assignments as educational tools. Results, scores, and feedback are provided for informational and learning purposes only and do not constitute formal academic assessments, certifications, or professional qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We do not guarantee that quiz results accurately reflect any particular skill level. You are encouraged to use results as a guide for self-improvement rather than as definitive evaluations.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Paid Features
Certain content or features of the platform may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase if you believe a refund is warranted. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
7.3 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes to fees for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, linabue, its founders, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 PLN, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless linabue and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications to the Platform
